Friendly staff made my arrival smoother.

The room was poorly maintained. Cobwebs and dirty surfaces were everywhere. The shared bathroom was not up to par-grubby and lacking basic amenities like a bath mat, which resulted in a consistently wet floor. The bed was small and uncomfortable, leading to restless nights due to traffic noise from the busy road outside.

The staff were polite and helpful, everything was perfect during our stay...

We absolutely loved the location of this hotel. It was just yards from the pier and really close to bars and restaurants in main st. We could easily walk to shops, coffee, the beach, and the pier. The convenience was unbeatable.

The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with nicely maintained rooms and a kitchen, made preparing meals easy. It was a cozy retreat after exploring the vibrant city.

The common areas needed attention and access issues to the shared lounge left us disappointed. It felt off-putting that staff seemed to have exclusive access.

The kitchen was well-stocked and a comfy space for exam prep. The warm bathrooms are a plus too!
